Rita,thanks for your insightful article. I think the migrant workers must be told that slavery exists in the Gulf States, particularly Saudi Arabia. Migrant workers are subjected to torture, rape and exploitation. Saudi Arabian laws prescribe punishments for rape victims. Inasmuch as your article is insightful, I think truth must be told. It is not safe for migrant workers in places like Saudi Arabia.
