Was it not only Torkoonoo that he deliberately sidelined others and intimidate, or Micheal Paddy that he was using his position to fuck the secretaries and other ladies for favouritism or you benefited from selling your ass for favour? On the one hand, Akrasi-Sarpong is an NDC man who allegedly groomed an NDC person to replace him, then on another hand, he was someone who hobnobbed with NPP kingpins and ignored NDC faithfuls. Can't that not be said to be a sign of his professionalism?
I know Akrasi Sarpong quite well, as we're both student activists in Legon. The description of him here fills the bill. He was a dedicated and passionate about fighting a good cause.
You blokes should stop this political witch hunt. Those in those positions are also Ghanaians. So long as they are not political appointees who must vacate their posts according to the Constitution, they must not be removed with frivolous excuses. It happened under Kufuor and I even laughed and even teased one of the victims who was not political at all. He died here in London barely 56 years old from heart attack. This time around, we shall not countenanced that nonsense.
