  Why Ghana?
  Having lived practically all his adult life in Nima, which is for all intents & purposes a Zongo, one can see how as a President, he'd feel obliged to call this his "home".
  
  It would be helpful, if Alhaji Abubakar Saddique Boniface shows a blueprint of how he plans to solve this Herculean problem.
  
  But he has bitten too much than he can chew by appending the Inner Cities to the new ministry. Housing ministry providing affordable housing, and mayors seeing to it that our cities were slum free; with regular enforcement from GEPA, the Inner Cities problems can be licked.
