I have lost all respect for them. Who born them self? These phalanx of leeches, mostly with no background to speak of, simply cannot even develop their own villages, not to talk of Ghana, nor my family! They are not civilised enough to do that!

It is also important to understand the repeating political tragedy from the angle of the lack of a credible and well-organized progressive political alternative, the lack of progressive media and a patriotic, national social movement - not necessarily a political party that works to forge a non-tribalist, progressive national consciousness.
Ghana has terribly degenerated into a tribalist duopoly : Akan vs Non-Akan, which the kleptocratic political duopoly easily manipulates to its electoral advantage. Another element of national degeneration is the pervasive atmosphere of pseudo-Christian spiritualism cum African superstitiousness combining to frustrate rational thinking. Today the Ghanaian's point of reference is not the intellect and pitical sensibility of Nkrumah but Bishop Duncan, Pastor Obinim, etc. ad nauseam. Some leaders of the kleptocratic political class have raised the profile of these dubious "men of the cloth". Atta-Mills believed in Prophet Joshua not modern medicine. Mahama relied on Bishop Duncan to raise the falling cedi etc.
There is no hope from a 3rd political force such as the CPP mired in external infiltration and internal subversion. It has thoroughly been marginalized by its own internal ideological weaknesses, the monetization of Ghanaian electoral politics and the bureaucratism of progressive elements in its corrupted heirarchy. Only a new movement avoiding these fatal errors and working from the trenches to counter the degenerate culture that feeds the kleptocratic duopoly's electoral success can save Ghana!
