  Gen(ret) Danquah (ex CDS and now Council of State member),Brig(ret) Emmanuel Okyere (the National Security Advisor) and Maj Gen Akwa (the CDS) all honorable men, should sit down with Kojo Koda (Akuffo-Addo's personal security chief)Kan-Dapaah,Nitiwul(Minister of Defence) and Akuffo-Addo himself to explain the ramifications of this unwarranted detention of this service personnel for exposing what was clearly a sad and unwarranted use of brutal force against a senior law enforcement officer by a clearly illegal NPP private security personnel the likeness of which was never experienced under Mahama.
  
  All the three mentioned ex-and serving
  military officials don't need to be reminded how the rank-and-file service personnel will behave in future when they realize they receive disproportionate punishments for infractions.Today's military personnel are more educated and more exposed.Disciplinary measures are still necessary but must be seen to be corrective not punitive.
  
  NPP made unwaranted accusations against the then government and the military, insinuating tribal reasons, when Damoah was disciplined for a more serious offence as a military officer.
  
  Just before the elections, the neutrality of the military and the law enforcement agencies was questioned at every turn by the NPP and serious but unfounded allegations were made against the agencies.One would've expected the Party to apologize after the elections but to date, it hasn't happened.
  
  The Party must be reminded that the military and the law enforcement agencies are staffed by human beings who also have feelings and that there is so much they can tolerate from people who are expected to know better. Pushing such people, who daily sacrifice to keep us safe, against the wall must never be an option: The result can be catastrophic. They should rather be encouraged and be appreciated.

President Akufo-Addo's failure to act on the activities of the Invisible Forces will not only damage NPP's reputation but may cost the party in the next election.
  
  It's difficult to believe this is happening under an NPP government. A Police Officer was assaulted by some members of the Invisible Forces but instead of arresting and prosecuting them, rather, the Soldier who brought this video to public knowledge has been detained. This is truly appalling and disturbing, NPP! I hope President Akufo-Addo is wide awake!

  From the video, the vehicle accosted had from which the "senior police officer" was ejected was fitted with police strobe and emergency lighting system. You are not saying that was a private "car", are you?
