  If you have a Police Service and a court System that is not working, had not worked as they are supposed to, for years and years, what do you expect citizens to do ?
  
  This is d question that must be addressed. Otherwise, the rest of you are behaving like Ghanaians are currently living in a system that works for all. Until you fix the Police problem, Ghanaians will continue to take the laws in their own hands.

  It is okay to paraphrase what someone has said, but when quoting what someone has said you must use exactly the words chosen by the person and in inverted commas. The Oxford trained JA Kufuor will never say, "two wrongs don't equal a right". That would be embarrassing and downright disgrace if this popular parlance was attributed to the Oxford trained JA Kufuor.
  
  Now back to your comments about meting instant justice to Ghanaian and Nigerian armed robbers. How do you juxtapose your statement two wrongs don't make right to lynching and burning these armed robbers into ashes on our streets in violation of our laws? Or perhaps in your primitive mindset, you think it is alright meting vigilante justice to those who break our laws. In case you are not aware, Ghana is a democratic Republic, and what that means is there is law and order
  
  Every four years we allocate huge sums of money to elect representatives in our Republican parliament to enact laws mainly to protect every citizen of the country, no how diabolical the citizen is. Our laws do not prescribe vigilantism neither do they endorse naked barbaric acts against any citizen regardless of the crime. But of course, primitive and backward people like you always have a hard time living by the precepts of modernity.
  
  You quoted JA Kufuor in some outrageous circumstance far removed from the subject you are addressing. Do you think our leaders do not know the Ghanaian barbaric psyche? They read the news and are cogently aware of the barbaric nature of our society. But have you heard any leader from Nkrumah to Akufo-Addo condemn any such act as mob justice where thieves face instant mob justice? What does the Asantehene say about the plight of the fair-skin lady his backyard? Has he commented on this brutality?
  
  Unless we own up to the fact that we are primitive and backward and behave like our fur skin relatives in Serengeti outpost somewhere in East Africa, we are bound to repeat what happened in Rwanda - lawlessness and primitive disposition.
