Similarly how do we conclude that the education ministry didn't have the perceived conflict because the lady had male deputies?
  Gender is not necessarily the reason for personality conflicts .It goes far beyond that . Please come again .

  Poor lobbying method, if you ask me. We are very much aware of those guys thinking they deserve ministerial appointments and having been "dodged" by Nana Addo, they will make do with deputy appointments and so you have begun the lobbying. Your approach is poor and has the potential to derail the political ambitions of some guys. When they read your articles they know that's what they ask you to do but I tell you, you're on the wrong path. You will be paid alright but no results will be achieved.
