  All African youths must stay home educate themselves, earn certification, perform national service before they can travel to other African country. If you can't show that you are educated, certified and that you have performed your natural service then you are liable to be deported.
  Only educated South Africans are welcomed in Ghana or Nigeria & vice-versa.
