Bro,thank you very much for writing an article that touch my many questions to NCCE about the duties and responsibilities of Regional minister,MMDEC,Mayors,and what have you.I was very angry when Mahama was travelling across the country wasting tax payers money on Patrol,insurance,travel allowance,accommodation,eating allowance and working allowance and I ask this question since Mahama travel cutting sod to commence six classroom block what is the work of DEO or mayors.It is the duty of mayor or DEO to construct schools,library,clinic or health post,community centre,recreation centre,market,toilet or place of connivence,lorry station but the money government give to the becomes their pocket money instead of use it to develop their constituencies or municipal.I hope one day NCCE answer my question for me.

You forgot to add that the previous NPP gov't had debt forgiveness which no other government ever hard. Without the debt forgiveness they probably would have borrowed more than the NDC did.
