ECOWAS has been able to solve the Gambian problem simply because The Gambia is an English speaking country with no neocolonial army on its soil !! There are NO FRENCH neocolonialist forces stationed there. Togo went through the same situation a few years ago, but Baby Gnassingbe is still around thanks to the French neocolonial forces stationed in that country. Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, Djibouti all have dictators of the kind of Yahya Jammeh but ECOWAS is incapable of action because" French neocolonial forces are around maintaining their puppet dictator presidents in power for the benefit of the French economy. ECOWAS can do nothing if a stalemate like that of the Gambia occurs in neocolonized French speaking country unless they are ready to fight and drive out the French neocolonialist forces stationed there!!
