  When NPP said they want to shift from tax management to production management economy,what does that mean?
  Are we waiting to manage the new 216 district factories promised by Nana Addo or what?
  How can you say that you want to shift from tax mangement economy and at the same time trying to widen tax net?
  Now tell me,what exactly does the govt produce in the country?
  Now listen,Ghana's economy over the years dépends largely on the private sector if you look at cocoa,gold and oïl.
  Apart from that,all the manufacturing,agriculture,finance,banking,services are mostly ran by private entrepreneurs unlike the Cuban economy which is ran by the state.
  In short,no govt can exist without mobilisation of taxes so there's no coherence in the budget as far as am concerned.
