  If it is not sturdy enough to carry a baby or can get toppled over then we would be looking at Health and Safety issues here.
  
  You need to put health Warnings on it and where possible weights of babies than can use your products.
  
  I say this because there is a case going through litigation now with a cot design which proved fatal; and even though industry experts and the manufacturer maintain a baby that age could not roll over, the bereaved parents still hold that it was the cause of their casualty.
  
  So bear that in mind
