So if Ghana were to ratify this treaty, which organization would be responsible for monitoring/policing the activities of the use of mephitic in Ghana? Does the organization have the capabilities to do so? I ask out of ignorance.

Theres a news that one most dangerous criminal call Bullet whose was hired by Nppp officials to come all the way from Tamale to Accra to assisnate people. Bullet arrived in Accra with his boys about 100 of them with guns pistols. Bullet went to Old fadama popularly knowns as Sodom and Gomorrah and settle there. Bullet claim that he was a new leader in that slumps area,but Bullet goes every night with his boys stealing monies,rapping young girls at night. Bullet is the most dangerous criminal with machine guns,Bullet is being printing fake currency. Bullet claim that he came over to Accra to assisnate some people and said he is Npp surpporter but he is not. Bullet created criminals gheto at his palace in Sodom and Gomorrah. Bullet and his boys deals weed,cocaine,fake currency. Bullet mentioned that Nana Addo and Kenedy Agyepong,Bawumia hired him to do that dirty job. Bullet? The most dangerous gangster ever to have ever live. Bullet was arrested three days ago but his boys are there shooting guns at night they still stealing monies,motor bikes. Please police should be fast and arrest them too.
