  Yes it would be beneficial if we combine the experience of the seasoned politicians with that of the energetic youth in building our nation. However, we did not see much positive results the last time the youth were given a chance to be part of governance. What was the order of the day were arrogance , defending the indefensible, thievery and looting of state resources and the same stupidity the Ghanaians have been subjected to for the past 60 years. Therefore it is hard to argue in defense of over inclusion of the youth in Key government positions. Especially, those who just came out of classroom without any life experiences. They could be brought closer to learn the ropes.

All three dealt with specific issues and should not be stretched to mean undermining of the youth. Many of them would be in the Npp govt. than any time in our history. Let's support the Prez. and the Npp to succeed.

  You have said it all. Our leaders should appreciate the fact the world is evolving and lot of things have change. Relying only on experience and old age would drastically failed us because gone are the days when things were done in same manner for decades.
  Young person with a computer in his room can render the effort of an elderly and many years of experience work useless. Now information and knowledge is in abundance and you don't need secret clearance to access them.

  governments to see the composition of those
  holding key offices. You may see young guys,
  they may be senators or congressmen as our
  parliamentarians. NPP WANTS TO SERVE
  GHANAIANS, Let NANA ADDO ALONE.
  Your argument does not hold. The YOUTH
  must open their eyes and ears to learn lessons
  from their old people so that they will
  reciprocate same.

  Don't get me wrong, I'm part of the youth and nobody wants the inclusion of our youth in governance than I do. However, we must not turn our blind eye to the disappointment of all kids demonstrated by most of the young faces who were given an opportunity in the Mahama led NDC government. I must say that I have been very much disappointed and I believe there are many Ghanaians out there who share my disappointment. Hopefully, with this positive criticism coming out from youth like you and I, those who will be fortunate to secure political appointments would be careful and act responsibly. Being young doesn't mean we could not do things responsibly and maturely.

  These people claim they are old and experienced but I can see them sleeping big time in Parliament. The NPP old men must understand that we need the youth to propel this country forward
