Time has already told us that Ghana is doomed under our current Rawlingsian fake democractic constitution with authoritarian constitutional institutions and provisions like virtually imposed DCEs, a centralised NDPC based at the presidency in Accra that dictates the pace & direction of local development, unlimited powers to bloat Government & deplete national coffers, a constitution that can give a party with only one vote in a constituency representation in government but deny another with over 4 million votes representation in government & allows a "sore loser" government with < one month of power left to saddle an incoming government with unreasonable debts, etc. History & posterity will never forgive the asshole Ghanaians who voted for this asshole constitution!!!

Yes population counts, democracy means numbers so obviously you don't need huge numbers knowing that in every department workers carry day to day activities. Ministers just supervise

This comparison sounds so sentimental and unacademic. All the countries you've cited have well established administrative systems largely manned by professional civil and public servants. Where's our professional civil service class? Majority of our civil servants are politicians in disguise. They hardly bring any impartial professional insight to bear on policy decisions. Where are our well tested systems and procedures? So far nobody has made any scientific analysis and come to the conclusion with the upper limit of Ministers we need at the current state of our development. All the sentiments being expressed are purely emotional ones. This doesn't help for proper discourse on the issue.
