  There is so much rubbish written about road accidents. This article gets to the truth. Unless there is a huge improvement in the rule of law in the country little will change. This applies to road safety and so many other aspects of everyday life. The police are rotten to the core. But how do you change this. Start at the top.?? There has to be senior police officers who are not corrupt, but they are as corrupt as the trafic police and are more destructive because of their senior position. I do not know the answere to this problem.

  Is so sad, I am a policeman but some of this thing I don't know who to blame. Mttd Commander sits in his office and give them a specified amount to be brought to him. Whoever failed to bring that amount will direct traffic for the rest of your life. He wife will insult him for not given her daily chop money as huge as his colleagues gives their wife.   Check with DVLA I offices and one will find out that the licensing of drivers and road worthiness of vehicles is just a matter of money and not how genuine the authority conducts itself. It is possible to give a host a chassis number on a document and DVLA officers are willing to issue road worthy certificates just for money. Take a tour to Ashanti Agona DVLA and see real abuse of rules and authority for yourself.

  Check with DVLA offices and one will find out that the licensing of drivers and road worthiness of vehicles is just a matter of money and not how genuine the authority conducts itself.
