Well stated and articulated. The new appointees have to be measured and evaluated at the end of every fiscal year. Those who are not performing should be shown the exit!!

business, farming, mining, setting up factories,
and butter still promoting and accountable for
the collection of levies,and taxes.The upgrading
and the development of the regions are of
