  Bro,there is no lean government anywhere in the world.All advance countries practise decentralize government which Ghana is not.the western democratic world elect their representative from grassroots.But in Ghana government appoint them.in advance countries the district elect their own mayors but in Ghana government appoint mayors,MMDEOs,CEOs,ministers and Ambassadors and all Government appointees are all ministers.why all government appointees are all ministers is they have assign to specify duties.Have ask yourself why is pastors call themselves ministers of God?Even EC-president John Dramani Mahama appoint ministers of thieves and crying ministers as ministers without portfolio and who complain?

Very short people always are assertive and want to do things to attract attention. Their diminutive stature notwithstanding, they talk loud when there is the need to whisper. They wear big clothes and high shoes to bolster their stature. They unwittingly display these traits in their speeches and actions. Unfortunately, he hasn't got enough tall people around him to help him tone or pipe down. Occultism easily appeals to people who are short.

Dangerous criminals has been created by Npp officials to assasinate people and drugs dealings. The dangerous criminal was arrested at Agbogboloshie konkomba market whose nick himself Bullet was hired by Npp officials. Bullet is the most dangerous arm robber whose robbs every night killings. When Npp came to power Nana Addo and Kenedy Agyapong went to Tamale and hired that mother fucking criminal to claims lives in Accra. Bullet told Konkomba market women that it is Npp that hired him. Bullet created most powerful dangerous gangsters. Bullet was arrested and put before court but Npp officials trying to release him to continue his killings. The opaque share was quickly sold to Ghana for a whopping 300million dollars.At todays exchange rate that is 1.4 billion Ghana cedis. Almost equal to what NPP intends to squander on the presidency as put into the 2017 budget for NanaAddo and his elephant ministers.
