At least they had the obligation to post signs of warning at a very visible location to warn patrons of danger; that is what management does.
Do not insult the Chief! This is the time to reflect on what went wrong and make changes to avert such occurrences. Many Ghanaians never learn from the past, that is common sense!

Facilities are closed to patrons when there is danger, that is very simple. If these precautions are not put in place then management have to answer for such avoidable loss of lives. You can call it an act of God as they do, to push the blame on God, but what precautions were put in place to avoid such accident?
