Peace and quiet as you rightly put it was enjoyed by K4 and now Nana but not Mills and JDM. This clearly shows that the NPPists are the trouble makers. They never accept defeat and will fight all the way to the SC.

Backto the 110 ministers, the last has not been said yet. When he creates his 2 or 3 more regions, then will come another 3 regional and maybe 9 deputies. that is guarding the public purse.
