Nana Yaw Kesse,
This is not a binary problem even for a "strategist".
I understand Nana Kwame's point, some: Unless you are "from Accra", nobody is going to develop your city, town, or village for you, if you don't.
Still, you have not proven how and why Manasseh Auzure can be completely wrong, and Nana Kwame completely right.
How, tell us, how does a "strategist" and potential "helper" completely understand a problem, even if all they are being asked to do is "fund", provide any type of resource, when they never get to Ground Zero, to the site where the action really is?
In power politics, if it is who is visiting/paying calls, it is you who are losing - you have more to lose!
Could it be that some consider Africa not important enough to leave the comfort of their dwellings?
And then this:
Just last week, a Conference held in the US about "Trade in Africa" which in the past had more than about 20 participants from Africa occurred with "Zero" (0) Africans. It was reported that everyone of the participants who requested a visa from Africa was turned down even though none of the participants requested visa from "hot spots".
So, what is Africa supposed to do?
What is African youth and activists, supposed to write about?
Tell us!!!!!!
Greetings.
Why is Azure not at least 50% right?

Hey scar-face, this your photo suggests you have had a plastic surgery which failed to rectify the problem. I can still see the scars. They appear more haphazard.

I don't know why NDC fanatics are in jubilation over this small issue. Leave the man alone and concentrate on your 2020 candidate, Onaapa.

Nana Kesse has proven his point that Manasseh jumped into hasty conclusion. He often loves to do that. If the miserable African leaders to want to pitch for their regions' potentials, let them fund and organize their own events and invite foreign investors to come and see. By the way, at the end of the day our leaders in Africa go to the West and beg for aids and loans all the time. What is the difference here? Let us stop deluding ourselves.

Are you very sure you hold a PhD. I'm surprised you have bought into this unconvincing argument by a so called "strategist". This "strategist" put out a lamer argument to support Nana Kwame's unintelligent comparison and here you are supporting them. Indeed, birds of the same feathers flock together. Your line of "critical analysis/thinking" is really a mockery of Ghanaian intelligence. Continue deluding yourself 'Doc'.

Have we ever head of Europe promotion or Asian promotion conference host on African soils? This Azure is smart with his writings and people are just trying to discredit him sheer enviness. His folder is full of write ups which are very educative. It's doesn't matter the aims , objectives or whatever. Once it sought to promote Africa it should have been carried out on African soil.Japan, China, US often hold summit for Africans on their soils though their aims are to find ways to plunder African resources. We're always looking for hampers.

Exactly, people are only showing how Ghanaian they are; most of us can't stand it when someone has a voice and is using it to the detriment of corrupt and evil doers.

However, you need to be intelligent and consistent in your own thinking/analysis to appreciate/comprehend the point he made in that pithy facebook post. You and Nana Kwame cannot use your lame arguments/analysis to justify why an "African CEO's" event (that is supposed to promote Africa and its CEOs and their businesses) should rather be organised in Geneva to promote Switzerland and Swiss businesses).
