    This is not a binary problem even for a "strategist".

    I understand Nana Kwame's point, some: Unless you are "from Accra", nobody is going to develop your city, town, or village for you, if you don't.

    Hey scar-face, this your photo suggests you have had a plastic surgery which failed to rectify the problem. I can still see the scars. They appear more haphazard.
