  if there was no in house lawyer and if the Board could not afford the services of a lawyer, they could provide a statement to the State prosecutor or write a regular letter to the judge explaining their position

  The next thing we know, when a case goes against you and you want to appeal and state your reasons why, you'd be hurled to court for contempt of court!
  
  These Ghanaian judges [and lawyers] are not properly read, learned and trained. What you have just written may serve as scholarly erey the problem lies: their poor education and training, just like the other professionals we have in the country. Only a small minority are above the cut.

  Yes! when a case goes against criminals like you and you want to appeal and state your flimsy reasons why, you, as a criminal must be hurled to court for contempt of court!
  
  And, trust me Andy, the Ghanaian judges and lawyers are properly read, learned and trained, hence they know exactly how to deal with you criminals. Think about the criminal Togolese Trokosi Ewe greedy bastard Agbesi Woyome.
