  It is the leadership style o Akuffo Addo that will make your party loose the 2020 elections. He just can't fulfil 40 per cent of the mouth watering promises which are too many. The appointments of the numerous ministers. Now the ministers are appointing advisory boards which is the first of its kind in the annals of this country. All these are a drain on the public purse which he promised to protect. The slashing of the IGF of institutions like the Airport company, all hospitals etc, etc. Also he cant control the EVIL FORCES and to quote Kweku Baako Jnr. " The nation is turning into a banana republic" Ghanaians are watching and following these events. So who can lead this protection crusade? Things have already fallen apart sir.

  To think that under President Akufo-Addo's leadership/NPP administration, the mob attacks, take over of State properties, individuals being attacked and the general lawlessness across the country being perpetrated by the NPP's Invisible Forces and the Delta Force is very sad and disgraceful. Is this the same NPP that prides itself on "rule of law" and "principles of democracy"?
  
  The members of the Delta Force and Invisible Forces feel empowered by the fact that "their party" is in power. Sadly, the likes of Obiri Boahen seem to justify and condone their criminality and political thuggery. And President Akufo-Addo and leadership of the NPP have turned a blind eye to the increasing violence and intimidations by these groups.
  
  Ghana is sleepwalking towards lawlessness and anarchy if such groups are not disbanded, and those who commit such acts arrested and prosecuted.

  First of all, the presidency is not a throne, rather it is an office and like any other office the incumbent is expected to perform pursuant to the terms of office. All the names the writer mentioned in the above quote swore an oath on the day they were ushered into office, and the preeminence of that oath is to uphold the laws (the Constitution) of the land.
  
  Can this writer attest with all certainty that all the names he mentioned in his quote, and who swore to uphold the laws of the land performed their duties to the letter of the oath they swore? To quote George Bernard Shaw, "Beware of false knowledge; it is more dangerous than ignorance." We are a nation fully disposed to false knowledge the lack of reading, let alone have the mental acuity for cognitive adroitness.
  
  The society which is predisposed to reading and mental acumen would know that there are three fundamental preconditions for every democracy to exist; law, order, and good government, without which there is no democracy. Ghana is a pseudo democracy because neither of these conditions exists. There is no law, no order, and no good government - it is a banana democracy as in banana republic. JA Kufour was an absentee President in all of his eight years in office and corrupt to the core according to the Panama Papers; Atta Mills was docile and ineffective as President causing his early demise; JD Mahama is downright corrupt, incompetent, and an imbecile who ascended the presidency by default; and the least said about Akufo-Addo the better - incompetent, lawless and happenstance.
  
  Ghana needs a leader with a conviction of purpose, and that leader cannot be from the current stock in the country. The person must be a Ghanaian domiciled abroad for a lengthy period of time just like Nkrumah or Busia. The local breeds are too limited in cognition and intelligence to lift Ghana from its predicament.
