  Water everywhere but little to drink!
  
  Yes, that is a sad fact in Ghana.
  
  It rains all over Ghana!
  It pours all over!
  When it is all settled, the water vanishes just as soon as the last drop percolates!
  Then, the people have little means and access to the water in the land.
  
  Accounts for a lots of socio-economic problems including disease in humans, low productivity on the job, failing school children, bad image for Ghana, etc.

  Politicians and Chiefs who are on the take could care less.
  
  This is not a crisis because their pockets are fat. They can buy water as the vulnerable suffer. What's the problem?
