Okoampa is the typical African intellectual whose level of IQ is that of a monkey. It don't matter how much educated most Africans are their level of reasoning is so embarrassing. We have a country where nothing works, where corruption is over the roof, where no single long term national policy exists. Some CEOs of public firms literally looting and killing the organizations, making as much $40,000 a month. Our gutters are choked and breeding all kinds of avoidable diseases, where mob justice is still rampant, where our education system teaches nothing about creativity, where people are still dying from preventable diseases.

Meanwhile the best Okoampa, a supposed PHD holder could do with his knowledge is dirty politics and primate tribalism. The African is an embarrassment to humanity. The white man should have kept us in chains.
