So a person who is desirous to know about the tender procedure concerning a project and the cost can find that at the AESL.
Is a fact that John Rawlings does not invite contractors to his office and grant them contracts. The same applies to Atta Mills and John Mahama.
However we are all aware about John Kufuor seating alone with contractors and granting them contract or selling state asserts.
One of the results of Kufuor's recklessness and indiscipline was the Alfred Agbesi Woyome judgement debt matter.
Dr. Kwame Okoampa Ahoofe must seek and find the fact rather than vomiting some untruth here.
