My advise to you is that as a professor, you have to do a better research before you put out rubbish to the public domain. Kindly read the Cocobod Act as well as the relevant articles in the constitution that define which organisations constitute public service and state enterprises

Hackman is the cocoa board Chairman,I one hundred percent support your initiative,this nonsensical salary structure at cocoa board isn't peculiar to that institution alone,that is why I support the call for an investigation which to me should be holistic and extended GRA,ECG,VRA etc etc. Ghanaians need to put pressure on govt to correct this nonsensical salary abnormality in the system
