    If it were bribe you would have seen it coming. Corrupt Ghana police service. A DCOP who cannot speak good English for others to comprehend. He speaks twi-English all the time.

    You could see from his face that he paid his way in the police service. Nana Akufo Addo deliberately weakened the police in Kumasi to give way for Wontumi and his thugs to terrorise the people.
