  You were certainly right that the cost of mining outweighs the benefits of mining.
  I agree with you that it is time to have a comprehensive look at our mining sector laws & policies.
  It's a shame that many of the visitors to GhanaWeb wouldn't understand & appreciate what you've written here.
  
  Yes the government must invest in environmental education in the country. especially among the youths & students in mining communities.
  Besides, I'm deeply concerned about the destruction of our unique biodiversity by mining both legal & illegal.
