In fact, Nana respects Dr Bawumia so much that he does not take such decisions you mentioned without discussing them with Dr. Do not start to sow any seeds of discord, enmity, jealousy, disunity etc between them and within them. Why has a very simple understanding eluded this section of people that much? Is it not too early, in less than 100 days of Akuffo Addo's presidency? ls Bawumia the president of the Republic? Does the buck stop with him or Akuffo Addo? Why should a northern group thinks that, Akuffo Addo should array his government appointees with Bawumia's favourite loyalist to help project him Bawumia's ambition? Since when have Northners developed so much penchant to the effect that, they onlyare going to be ruling Ghana? What is so special about them in the scheme of things. What have they brought to the table? Mahama had just left the scene however disappointed his regime had been, Bawumia wants to succeeded Nana, even when Nana has not done 100 days in office, Haruna ldrisu is living in fantasy world that, he would be leading NDC 2020 agenda, we can go on and on. Is it only Northners who think they have ambition? So nobody should lead Ghana again apart from them? l have always argued that, Ghana's political geography must be practicalized and made practicable. We have ten regions zoned into Southern and Northern zones. Northern Zones comprises Ashanti Region, Brong- Ahaffo, Northern, and the Upper Regions. lf we claimed we are balancing a ticket from the South with the North, we should equally be bold to pick a person from Ashanti and Brong Ahaffo too represent Northern interest since they are also part of the Northern Zones of our political geography. This crude perception of entitlement must be broken. l hope Bawumia is not at this juncture fasting and praying for the demise of Akuffo Addo so he automatically succeeds him if Akuffo Addo has done more than two years in office.

I am sometimes amazed at the groundless demands made by these shady groups. They wish Ghana was for them or that they have automatic rights to the presidency. The right to be president is not given on a silver platter to anybody but won through one’s own hard work for it. The vice president must have constant inter-action with the party base while serving as the second in command; visiting the constituencies and endearing himself to the people while still the vice so that when the time comes he will be assured an easy endorsement. Relaxing and taking it for granted that you will be endorsed at all cost is a dangerous fantasy that can lead to regrettable disappointment. That was the mistake of Aliu Mahama. He relaxed and enjoyed being a vice and lost the presidency.
Bawumia should learn a lesson from that and play his own cards very well.

It is quite obvious to say the least that no Northner, and a muslim would ever lead this ethnocentric party called npp. Why do you think the old leather face Safo Mafo was appointed as the first minister. Lying Bawu is just a vice in name. The real vice pre' is the first minister. The only chance lying Bawu has is when this incompetent old man decides to resign before the end of his first term. Even so, there would always be someone waiting in the wings to dislodge him. Bawu has no chance in npp. l doubt it if he is ever going to get the support needed to lead the party in the near future. The next leader would be coming from the Ashanti region. Watch the education Minister.

NDC, and even some NPP top guns tried so hard to stop Nana Addo from becoming the president, but because God had chosen him, the more they tried, the popular Nana Addo becomes.

If God say Yes, who can say no?

The important thing is for Ghana to work, then whoever God appointed after Nana's 8 years will not suffer, if Dr Bawumia is the chosen one then, me and you will not have anything to worry about!

If he does have ideas no one can take int from him. He is there to support his president ion whatever he is needed as long as the president agenda is met. Bawumia cannot expect to handle any independent presidency as VP
