If I go the hospital with the NHIS card and I'm asked to make some payments or buy some basic drugs outside, do I blame the NPP for saying the scheme has collapsed? Did we not witness the prosecution of the likes of Woyome, Abuga Pele, and other NDC officials in Court by their own Attorney General?
