  These are militant groups and they cannot be a necessary evil. It is a recipe to descend Ghana into chaos and anarchy. Training people to police the ballot box does not mean you should raise a militia force who are likely to use the military training for armed robbery. Evil is evil and NPP needs to be condemned unequivocally.
