We need the ex-DAG to come clear which I doubt if there's anything else to clarify. This a complete fraud, in fact day light robbery that the ruling government must not countenance. RENEGOTIATE or CANCEL, our only available options

  Once again we are seeing a demonstration of a general legal practitioner taking upon himself the task of taking a vital decision on a complex and complicated power agreement that should have been submitted for scrutiny and diligence to a specialist energy lawyer of repute or a very experienced energy technical consultant.
  
  On too many occasions our lawyers are unwilling to admit their expertise is not yet at a level to advise on these complex agreements and yet commit to them and end up advise Ghana very badly
