I'll give you a few applicable lessons in public administration, K Badu if you do not already know. It is party ideas and ideals that have failed Ghana for over 40 years and not the individual in the office of president or prime-minister of old. I'll start with the Kufour era because he is a presumed British educated Ghanaian. Explain to me like I'm a child, K. Badu, how the sale of public institutions helped Ghana considering that private owners of sold government institutions/assets continue to use same labor force but under new administrators are profitable and sustaining profits?
You and the people of your kind cannot seem to think of citizens as valuable assets to Ghana but as commodities only good for exploitation. Public administration is for the welfare of all in a community and not to cater for the rich, educated but ignorant; unfortunately Ghanaians, perhaps the educated have become far too ignorant and beholding to ethnic/tribal bigots. Under Kufour, Mahama and even J.J. Rawlings it is and was failure of administrators at the city, district, regional and national levels which caused miserable conditions in Ghana. By the way it was the representative/members of parliament we vote for who gave and continue to give power to the president who in turn turn a blind eye to abuse and misuse of funds by members of parliament who drain the nation's coffers will all the perks they do not deserve nor earn.
Finally note that if the administrators at the local, regional and national levels did their job and did them well there will and could be sustainable improvements in the lives of us all in Ghana. Public policy and administration works; in Ghana we have allowed ethnic/tribal bigots like you to love political party over country. Is Nana Akufo-Addo to be blamed for the Invisible forces, Delta force and all the presidents men who with loyalty to party over country are engaged in vicious lies and nepotism not to mention tribal preferences? The president claims not to know the extent of activities from within his own NPP party but with your lousy logic he, president Nana Akufo-Addo, should be blamed for the sins of your kind of intellectual and physical acts of terror.
