    Blame the COEFFICIENT thief Kwesi Nyantakyi. He's the one instigating them secretly. He is a beneficiary and will do anything to fill his pocket, even of it has to disgrace and embarrass the nation.

    Why promise in d first place if u don't intend to honor? Much as I don't support d planned action of d boys, it will amount to deceit if u promise n fail. Also remember these r "under 16" in theory n their bones r matured!

    Poorly written article but the message is understood! The kids were promised, therefore they must be paid. They and their families can use the money to help them defray part of their daily training cost.
