  Witches are fiction of the mind, then hunting them is a reflection of an abnormal being.
  For instance a police man does not follow a person who is going to collect his wages/salary unless the worker complains that he has not been paid the same, and the excuse for the none payment is not reasonable.
  When the matter is about wages, taxes and social security contributions it is the relevant institutions that tackle them.
  For instance SSNIT does not take people to the police station or court for them to pay penalties for not paying the SSNIT contributions of their workers on time.
  It is a fact that some of you don't pay social security at where you work, thus you don't know the animal which it is.
