Rather than doing something to curb it, he continue with the obscurantism of President Mills, who died a needless death preparing to get to Nigeria to see TB Joshua, instead to seek immediate medical help for his condition that was diagnosed and treated in America successfully, according to his own brother, Cadmus.
I am more than elated that President Akufo-Addo is finally taking action to curb the nonsense. As for back in 1993, I tried to report to the Graphic office in Cape Coast how the Manager of the new Post Office at Brofoyedru compelled staff to join him a long morning prayer during office office, leaving only one person in charge, thus causing a big inconvenience to users. I was told to write an article to the Graphic myself! I soon found out the practice was pervasive in the country. I finally left Ghana prematurely on Easter Monday and didn't go back for another 10 years!
