The VR has made itself that way by allocating 99% of their votes to the NDC. That is their voting preference and must live with the consequences. You can't shut out a party and still expect to have big chunks of appointments in the same. The constitution binds the president to appoint a greater percentage of his ministers from his party MPs in parliament, probably as much as 80% of ministers. How many NPP MPs are from the VR? Just one.

Sir, Dotse is my choice for all the reasons you cited. He is very very objective and calls it as it is. The other guy is also equally good but I put my last penny on Dotse. That's my personal take.
