Remember a Chief Justice is by appointment and not promotion and even promotion is by merit!

You wanted Atuguba to be bias and ruled in favaur of NPP during the election petition. Atuguba did what was fair and right. NPP did not have any sensible case.

Cronyism is said to be the practice of partiality in awarding jobs and other advantages to friends or trusted colleagues, especially in politics and between politicians and supportive organizations.

I agree that there will be several incidents and situations where conflict of interest situation will occur.Akuffo has taken cronyism to new heights and the judiciary,Attorney General's dept,in short the whole of law enforcement is from the president's chambers of trained lawyers and family members.

There is a legal principle that the mere appearance of bias is sufficient to overturn a judicial decision. It also brought into common parlance the oft-quoted aphorism "Not only must Justice be done; it must also be seen to be done."

Lets see how this government's cases pan out in the courts where the man with the thumb on the national coffers is also from these privilege family.
