  The fact of the matter is that the evidence was there for all to see unless the likes of Amidu,the AG and Ace Ankomah.
  
  These thugs got away with murder and they are being assisted by the AG,Ace Ankomah and the so called one man vigilante Amidu.They claim there was no evidence when the evidence was staring right in front of them.
  
  The fact of the matter is that they could all have been arrested and charged for criminal direct contempt of court since the crime took place in court and therefore there is no requirement for evidence and more importantly,they could have been charged for joint enterprise,all the delta force thugs in court that day.
  
  Joint enterprise is a doctrine of common law which has been developed by the courts to allow for more than one person to be charged and convicted of the same crime.Under the doctrine of joint enterprise, a person may be found guilty for another person's crime.
  
  The mental element for secondary liability is intention to assist or encourage the crime.So instead of dribbling the public with legalities,it was rather a deliberate attempt by the NPP and its legal supporters to use all the tricks in the books to kill the case like you said.
  
  The evidence was there in plenty but they ignored it putting the blame on the poor police officers.

Those arraigned before the court claim they were not at the court on that day. It is for the court to prove otherwise. The joint enterprise you are talking about is just "baloney ". The joint enterprise can be applied if it can be proven they were at the scene. Or all registered members of the Delta Force should be incarcerated for this crime even if they were not there. A flaw in the system has been exposed and the best is to rectify so it doesn't happen again. Because a crime has been committed someone must be punished no matter who and that would be justice in Kotey's eyes.

  Anyone who cannot see through this scam of the first degree is dumb and imbecilic. I have no more respect for Martin Amidu. I thought he was a man of principles and conviction of purpose, but he is morally bankrupt as the rest of them.
  
  How could these Delta force buffoons break into a lawfully confined criminals in prison and free their ilk, and the dunderhead AG and her accomplice Martin Amidu tell us there is no evidence to prosecute these idiots. This act of treachery is deeply ingrained in our culture, and unless there is 'culture' revolution as was the case in Chairman Mao's China, we must as well bring the British back because the blackman has amply demonstrated his inability to govern itself.
  
  The Police could not have provided the empty docket without the connivance of the AG's office. These two leading political parties in the country, NDC and NPP are criminals and cannot be trusted!

Are NDC and NPP affiliated terror groups registered with the Registrar General's as private security and protection agencies or as subsidiaries of government security agencies? The Ghana Police, particularly the Kumasi branches, showed courage in attempting to bring about peaceful resolution in a court under the Nana Akufo-Addo's NPP administration where the Invisible Force and Delta Force, with blessing from the NPP, its under-educated and educated but ignorant leaders have privately sanctioned against anyone not covered by the NPP blood. Simply put, the NPP government of Nana Akufo-Addo is not birthed with civility nor respect for the laws of the nation and knowing that to be the case chose NPP these ignorant terror groups who operate without respect for the law.
  The saddest institution of them all is the ignorance and silence coming from the Ghana Supreme Court that has shown itself to be one sorry excuse of the third branch of government; it sits around and watch a bunch of classless thugs and terror group invade the sanctuary of the court to soil whatever respect Ghanaians have for the courts. Is the Court not the same institution which acted as prosecution, jurors and executioners in the case of the 3 radio personalities who dared use their rights to freedom of speech to intimidate those justices? These NPP terror groups are not hiding from anyone; they act in plain sight because the president, parliament and the low lives at the Ghana's AG office have not seen any NPP savagery that is outside NPP norms yet.
  There is a difference between social associations and groups that span the country and share the same ideology, methods and operate openly under the government's own stinking nose. The least to be expected of these groups by the government is an official registration so they become liable for the harm and or property destruction they may cause. If Nana Akufo-Addo is a lawyer worth his weight in a mound of salt he would know what to do to stop uncivilized acts that is unbecoming of a party he, the President, leads into political battle against the opposition.

We all have a responsibility to pressure our politicians to fix the system. Getting angry over an article meant to contribute to the national discourse is certainly no solution. You can do a whole lot better than that.

Let Ghanaians cover these wrongs for political expediency but it will blow in our faces one day, and it won't be pleasant. If the government with it's control over state security are afraid to bring these miscreants to book, then I wonder how safe the ordinary citizen is? These guys are so powerful that laws have to be bent to accommodate them. I have seen suicide bombings and terrorist attacks and I pray with all my heart that it doesn't happen in Ghana. Once we go down that part there is no coming back. A stitch in time they say, saves mine.
