  Get off your lazy ass and engage in serious research, Ken Kweku Nimo, and you will find that there are a number of ways to misuse tax payer money through lies that are seemingly viable or palatable but the white elephant 1D1F, is not one of them.
  What are those factories to producing or manufacture, where are the continued supply of raw material coming from to keep factories in operation? Where are the markets for the factory products? Where are the logistical infrastructure in each of the district in Ghana?
  Let me put it this way Mr. Nimo. If the idea of 1D1F tickles your fancy then I think you should look to government guaranteed pricing for farming commodities. After all 80 percent of the district's in Ghana live off sustenance farming and or fishing. Would a national policy of guaranteed pricing for crops not help keep farmers on the farm to feed the nation than the fallacies built into the 1D1F crap? Look at things from this perspective, Mr. Nimo, what is the definition of a factory? Would a region where a majority of district are communities of cocoa farmers get chocolate factories in each of the district's or will cooperatives that buy cocoa beans do for our definition of factory? Or maybe we will be building soap factories that would use palm nuts and cocoa?
  There are two important national issues that will be resolved, I guarantee, if the government guarantee farm commodity prices; employment and reduction of food importation that leads to reduced external debts. What the government does with its purchase of excess food stuff from district's is its business.

Our children are being killed and I haven't seen his sorry ass making a statement or a plan to help fight the course as well as car accidents. Ghana leaders. Educated fools
