  On point. Many of us share your viewpoint. How will Ghana finally make it, if politicians and public servants scheme this way to rip the nation of million dollars without shame? It tells us about how public service is no more public service, but an avenue for wealth creation. Take a look at how Tanzania is tackling corruption? Look at the way Rwanda is emerging to become a strong economy. Is Ghana doomed by corruption?
  I do believe that if we are to stem corruption, the institutions must work. Culprits must be tried and if found guilty made not only to refund the stolen money but serve jail sentences. The law should be no respecter of persons. Any infraction of the law by whoever from the president to the commoner stands guilty to be tried in a law court.

  After many years of Impunity and Indiscipline it is time to wage a concerted war against this canker that manifests itself in galamsey pollution, ghost names, procurement fraud, educational and medical crimes, violent protests, traffic violations, plastic waste, destoolment of chiefs, electoral violations, internet fraud, a corrupted media, judiciary, police, military and political party financing. Solve all not one at a time. We need a new ethos and robust legal enforcement regime to deal with these escalating threats to social and economic wellbeing. We need EFCC Nigeria and Hawks of South Africa type of investigative and prosecutors all bodies to lead the charge, not a sole prosecutor.
