The irony is that Ghana is yet to have a real America educated and trained Ghanaian become president; we've destroyed Ghana over the 50 plus years under presumed British educated and trained artisans that have left a trail of incompetence. Is it any wonder that even the pairing of a so-called premier British educated Nana Akufo-Addo and Canada trained Dr. Bawumia we find an ill-prepared pair that came into government power without a clue? If a smart and wise individual will never hand over a car key to an untested driver and a side/passenger seat driver how then did we end up with this clownish pair? No one in their right mind would buy a supposedly failing business and not know that the first act is to review business practices, procedures and policies to ensure that customer care and acting in accordance to rules of regulatory agencies are primary even as the finance of the company is being reviewed. But here we are, where the Akufo-Addo-Dr. Bawumia pair have chosen to displace civil servants who have nothing to do with Ghana's rotten politics, handed over the safety and security of Ghana into the hands of NPP terror groups like the Delta and Invincible forces and our court system that is now run by an inglorious dimwits Gloria Akufo who thinks the Justice system operates on a system of recorded devices and not eye witness accounts even if imperfect. What does it mean when the President Nana Akufo-Addo prosecuted Tsikata for causing financial harm to Ghana and yet the Akufo-Addo administration doubles up on labour cost at some civil service agencies where his administration have hired NPP footsoldiers and sent qualified public administrators to other agencies but without budgetary approvals for payroll increases?
The NDC so far has proven itself to be spineless but far more intelligent than the self-professing intellectual NPP party that are operating more like the Russian mafia or Sicilian mafia.

With respect to the Delta Force, much as every discerning citizen detest this phenomenon of vigilantism, the ineptitude and inertia of the state security institutions are partly to blame. When governments in power fails to act when their supporters molest opposition members, this is what happens. What did the Police do when the then opposition flagbearer Akufo-Addo's house was attacked by a rampaging NDC youth prior to the elections?

If the state was fair to every citizen, there wouldn't have been Delta Force or Azorka Boys. And of course if every person is equal before the law, the laws and rights of citizens will be protected. And if the welfare and security of every Ghanaian was assured, citizens will not take the law into their own hands.

In a civilized world like Britain, France, Germany, USA, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and even India, these are countries I've travelled to, no person would address a head of state the way this uneducated man has done. No person would call Theresa May names for her actions, neither would anybody in Canada call the Canadian President any unpleasant name. It is the way we talk about our leaders that make other foreigner nationals say bad things about us with impunity and treat us with no respect. We don't respect our leaders ourselves so we shouldn't expect any person to respect us when we have come to live with them. If our leaders are known not to be respected by ourselves it is not surprising that our host nations would take us for anything. We need tto show a sizeable amount of respect for elected leaders. We can criticize them, of course, but it is completely out of order to demean them. This attitude of ours completely defies reason. Let us learn to be Wise and truly educated.
