    The guy is right. In Ghana, we only hear of transcripts in the University. I teach in a SHS and we don't have transcripts as in the varsity. The guy story is a motivation to many. If you won't congratulate him let some of us ...

    Exactly, most colleges/varsities abroad (U.S., etc)do accept ordinary CERTIFICATES as "transcripts"!!
