Nice, but there can be no such thing as "federal law" in Ghana. Ghana's system of government is different. Maybe you a suggesting a "national' law.

Any body found guilty of Killing Major Adam Mahama must be hang.
The Government of Ghana must send a strong message to the public that this type of heinous,barbaric crime will not be tolerated,and will not go unpunished.
