I agree with you however that this allegation requires proof. However,it is perception of corruption that actually manifested as full blown pilfering of state resources under the Mahama government.
I work in a company that imports and export petroleum products to Mali.
Recently, we received an order from our Malian customers. When we went to Mr. Oduro, customs official at Tema to process our orders, we were told to contact One Saeed at the flagstaff house.
Its never happened before. not even under the corrupt NDC regime that the seat of government approves such export orders when we have NPA and customs, both overseeing such activities.
At las when we contacted this so called Saeed, who is said to be Lord Commey's boy, he told us to pay $20,000 before he can instruct the customs to approve our orders.
The author shouldnt rubbish such stories. This was how Mahama appointees destroy his government. We all camapigned and voted for change and therefore we are obliged to raise red flags.
What is happening in the petroleum downstream is sickening. not only with officers at flagstaff demanding bribes. the rot is going on with BOST and TOR as well.
Recently, Chaiman Wontumi (Subin Ventures) brought in a cargo when his company was not even licensed by NPA to do this business. This product was pushed on Goil/Go Energy when their pricing was the worst on the market.
Obviously some people got their cut. The rate at which this guys are going, we are beginning to lose hope.It appears all politicians are the same.

People thus level frivolous allegations against them. Lord has stopped the operations of so many corrupt individuals in the oil transportation business, hence this hatred. This Fadi Dabousie guy recently duped his fellow Lebanese, yet hr has the gut to write such rubbish. It takes several years for reputations to be built so we should be careful in our attempt to bring someone down.
