  You should have followed up with the powers that be to find out why you have done the same job with others but received a different pay. That is not telling on anyone. Ghanaians in general are shy when it come to talking about remunerations. Who knows? It could be that you were the one who was under-payed.

  There is so much corruption in the system. We always point at politicians but we are all involved in our small ways. Ghana is on the wrong path.

  Everybody wants to outsmart the system. It will never change until there's the political will to fight corruption. It looks like thievery is in the nature of the Ghanaian. Good article
