Where does Paa Kwesi Asare live?

Are we arguing that because of lack of proper controls, we must give jobs to machines in Ghana?

How much time do we want to save in Ghana when it is the pavements, bridges, and "pantoons" themselves that are a major problem with mobility throughout the country?

So, given abundant labor supply, how about having a second person at the location validate amount received?

In fact, we can see where going electronic will NOT result in substantially more revenues being reported, using machines and systems manufactured outside Ghana.

Further, we live in the United States. The US surely is not a "manual" economy. Still, the vast majority of American drivers pay in cash!
