I agree with you about Andy... he really missed the point Arthur Kennedy is making. The article is apt and timely, I hope that Nana Addo get to read it and learn something from it. The president's reaction to Mahama's killing was a total knee-jerk reaction. He failed to think through before reacting. That is not the hallmark of a good leader.
