  It takes deep thinking to come up with education policy. Napo needs to determine the needs of the various ministries and the formulate the kind of education Ghana needs. Short of that it is throwing darts in the darkness.

  Next to health, education constitutes a most important underlying sector for the nation's development. How do we ensure children, young people, and indeed the population at all ages, recive the best education fo the times ahead? There is need for a national startegy paper, prepared in chunks and strictly adhered to by all governments. To formulate the paper, there needs to be a serious national debate, where the inputs of both experts and general citizenry are weighed, evaluated and implemented.

  Our education now is more centered on teaching students to pass examination. Hence we are getting all the benefits that education has for our children. for example , a good education should have these 3 faculties trained ; cognitive, affective and psychomotor. That is the head,heart and limbs.
  It is more of the cognitive and the rest left behind and thus the resultant problems we have now.
